The staff is very friendly and the service is amazing. Great menu with a lot of choices including vegetarian and gluten free. They have gluten free pasta and pizza.

This place.... This place is phenomenal. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the decor is nice and subtle, and the food is mouthwatering. I highly recommend going to this small gem of a restaurant located in beautiful downtown Yreka.

We arrived at this place for a meeting. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. the crew were so friendly and we had a great feeling. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Keep it up.

If you like cheese this place has it. The minestrone soup and the marinara sauce were both a little on the sweet side. Large portions, fresh bread, a star added for the extra friendly staff

Strings is an amazing find for Italian food. We went for lunch and the food was delicious. Portion size was good for the price and presentation was spectacular. It truly felt like a fine dining experience! There is ample dining space and the lady bartender was lovely and welcomed us. Parking is behind the restaurant !

Best Italian food I've ever had. And I have been to a lot of Italian restaurants in my life. It can be a little tricky getting parking, but there is a rear entrance for those who don't know the town. There is parking behind the restaurant.

We did takeout because of Covid19 restrictions. The food was plentiful and fresh. The lemon cheese cake is out of this world. We miss the in house dining.This is our favorite place to have dinner on our way up to Oregon.

Definitely a spot worth visiting, the food is fantastic and fresh, the costs are reasonable and it is constantly neat here. 5 stars.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. We ordered two different pasta dishes, one with meatball and the other with white wine sauce and clams. Both pasta dishes are delicious and better than the more expensive pasta dishes we tried other places. Service is very friendly and accommodating too. Definitely will recommend anyone on their way to/from between Oregon and Cal.

The old looking woman that gave me my dinner for pick up tonight is chasing away future customers. When she tried to charge me $49.00 for a $29.95 special she threw my dinner at me and stomped away. It was her mistake and not mine that should could not do simple math. She needs to get a life and a new job. What a creepy person to have greeting good paying customers.

I felt completely disrespected by the staff on my boyfriend and my date night. Ignored to the point where whe decided to leave as it was obvious that we where not welcome. For what reasons I don't know we where polite and appropriately dressed. Very disappointed

During our lunch visit today, this quaint lil italian restaurant seated us immediately. The menu was large with many choices. The reason for my 4 star rating is because, we both wanted their big fresh salad but, they did not have any lettuce!! The soup broth seemed to be on the thin and watered down side without much flavor at all. It needed pepper for sure and some salt to help it along. Otherwise, the service was Excellent. Perhaps, they were having an off day.

The food here is great. I have tried almost half the menu and each dish is just as good as the last. I do recommend the Pan Fried Ravioli. The staff have always been great. The setting is inviting and comfortable.

This spot is my favorite. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The crew is very helpful and the cuisine they cook is so appetizing. I would always prefer to have a nice meal in this place. Highly recommended.

Their food is a little pricey, but it so worth it! I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The food is beyond delicious and the service is always great. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

A wonderful surprise we found during a road trip many years ago. This is a relaxing family friendly restaurant decorated in old Italian decor located in a charming historic building in old two town Yreka, just a mile off of interstate 5. 5 star service. Over the years we've enjoyed the food from entrees to desserts. This trip we had the Portabello Ravioli with asparagus (in a yummy delicious sauce) and the Penne dela Casa. We plan the timing of our road trips just to eat here.

I was at this restaurant the first day it opened and had the opportunity to visit again 9 years later. My favorite dish is the pork Rossini and it tasted the same as it did 9 years earlier. This is a hidden gem in the most beautiful part of the country! Don’t miss it!

Coming home from Oregon. We were looking for Chinese, but found this instead. Service was beyond awesome and the food authentic and very well done. Then our server allowed us to tour the building due to its historic nature and location.

Strings is open again for dine-in customers and the food and the service were both excellent!

We enjoy hanging out. Last night we visited this superb place which we didn’t know before. We passed a beautiful time there with fine dishes and a well-trained team and a great chief cook. We put this restaurant in our list and we shall surely visit again soon. Highly recommended.

I call befor hand to asking they had setting available. I was told they did and to come in around. When I arrived I stood at the gate for a few moments to respect social distincting i saw that my My presence was noted but do not get greeted so I went inside and spoke to one of the waitresses or the you know postice and she asked if we had a reservation we told her that we did not but we would like a table for 2 as it was my boyfriend and I's date night and then they didn't tell us O it'll be a minute or let us know anything they just ignored us and then proceeded to see other people to a table that walked in and said table for 2 and I felt very much disrespected. We may otherwise be supper fancy but we where by no means inappropriately dresses.
